Membership and Certification

Our inspectors are members of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).  
This is important because it shows we care enough,or for that matter know enough, to be affiliated
with a national organization. It is through this organization that our inspectors become aware of
changes in the profession. The Home Inspection profession is a young, growing industry that changes
constantly. This awareness is important if your inspector is to be able to keep up with industry
changes. If the inspector doesn't care enough to have a national affiliation, you might be making a  
mistake using that inspector's services.

As a PA licensed house inspectors, we bring more then 6 years experience in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electric systems and roofing. Our staff consists of certified plumbers, roofers, HVAC & general construction specialists. All inspections are conducted by our highly trained and fully certified Home Inspectors in accordance with Pennsylvania mandate and National standards. Our inspectors are certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and have the experience and training to give you confidence in your home purchasing decisions.
